Bed and breakfast depending on the season and time of year from 35,00 to 45,00 €

Room with half board depending on the season and time of year from 42,00 to 55,00 €

For groups there are special conditions on request.

2. Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per person and night

Surcharge for stays shorter than 3 days: 2,00 Euro per person and day

3. Discounts for children:

Kids up to 2,99 years stay with us free of charge.
Kids up to 11,9 years pay only 50%.
Baby equipment (toddler bed) is available free of charge upon request.

4. Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 12.00 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 12.00 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 09.00 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

5. Cancellation

We ask for your understanding that in case of late cancellations (4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will charge 30% of the total price and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 70% of the price.

6. Pets

You are welcome to bring your four-legged family member with you
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas.

7. Additional charges and terms of payment

We welcome written reservations via e-mail.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site or by non-transferable check or bank transfer because  Since December 6^th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 2999.99 in cash.
